How it works
Here is one way to get it done. It takes less time than a traditional duvet cover change, and gets quicker each time you do it.
Flip the cover inside out
Start with the cover inside out on a flat surface or held up in front of you. The magnet pockets will now be facing outward, ready to meet the insert.
Find the corners
Reach into the two corners at the closed end of the cover and hold them from the inside. You should be able to feel the magnet pockets through the fabric.
Snap the magnets into place
Bring each corner to the matching corner of the insert. When you hear the click, they are connected. Move on to the centre point and do the same.
Peel the cover over
Keep one hand inside anchoring the corner. With your other hand, peel the cover fabric over and down the insert corner. Repeat on the other side until both corners are fully turned out over the insert.
Shake and toss it down
Hold the corners and give it a wave to get the cover moving down over the insert. Follow with a shake to let it drape and settle evenly.
Snap the remaining magnets
Once the cover is fully down, connect the two corner magnets and the centre magnet at the open end.
Zip up and toss
Close the zip fully. Give the duvet a toss onto the bed and smooth it out. Done.
One method. Many ways.
